Meet the Matchbook Kindle - Geek

Half weird for a digital world.

Amazon launched the Kindle Matchbook, a new way to sell books. It works like this: if you have a physical version of a book, you can download the digital version for free or for a small price, between $ 0.99 and $ 2.99. To heat this new form of sales, Amazon will release a new version of Paperwhite, your reader e-books officer.

The initiative is even understandable but married selling physical and digital products in today’s times is like trying to sell a TV LCD and a pipe, just in case. There are similar programs for sale DVD (or Blu ray), just that it inhibits the importance of owning a digital file. Gives the impression that the physical is even more important.
