Through self-publishing platform KDP Kids, Amazon, writers can easily publish ebooks for children and reach global readers
Amazon announces KDP Kids version of its platform for self-publishing Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), to help authors of children’s books to prepare, publish and promote books with or without illustrations on Kindle Stores worldwide. To produce the books, writers can use the new tool from Amazon, the Kindle Children’s Book Creator to create books and enjoy the Kindle features such as pop-ups text.
When the books are ready, authors can self-publish on Amazon’s KDP platform to publish them by following just a few steps, and use filters KDP categories, age, and education for help thousands of consumers find the book to their children.
Authors can earn up to 70% in royalties and still retain the copyright and control of content. The tool is now available on kdp.amazon.com/kids site.
