Amazon, Äôs next tablet will move into the 10-inch space, According to NPD DisplaySearch analyst Richard Shim, putting it into iPad, Surface and Nexus 10 territory. The online retailer has carved tablet OUT A solid reputation over the past few years, first beginning with the Kindle Fire. And now it seems the company is confident enough to go beyond last year, Äôs 8.9-inch model.
According to Shim, the 10-inch Kindle Fire will have an incredible 2,560 x 1,600 resolution screen, matching the Nexus 10, Äôs screen and giving it a density higher than Apple, Äôs Retina. That, plus an expected consumer friendly price, would make the device pretty coveted potential among the faithful Amazon. Shim said the tablet will start mass production During Q3.
In addition to the larger tab, Amazon will follow ups to Introduce its 7-inch and 8.9-inch models, possibly with 300 PPI displays. Amazon, Äôs tablets have been solid in Their own right, though They, aore an acquired taste since the Android OS is so heavily forked. Smaller devices seem to be the more popular choice at the moment, but more options certainly don, AOT hurt.
