The anniversary update of Windows 10 has caused headaches to many users. After experiencing problems with the “screen freeze” and webcams devices, some people claim that their devices have stopped working to connect a Kindle to the PC.

Consumers report that, to connect the Kindle Paperwhite and Voyage to the computer, Windows opens the system error screen, the name “Blue screen of Death.” according to users, the problem requires people to restart the PC.

If the Kindle is not disconnected from the USB while the system starts, it works normally. However, if the device is connected to the connected system, the failure happens. Another tip, provided forums, is to connect the Kindle to a USB 2.0 port, in instead of USB 3.0.

for now Microsoft did not recognize the problem.
