Amazon campaigns to encourage reading and dissemination of the Kindle app – Globo.com

Sleeping Beauty being flirted in the club, Peter Pan amid the economic crisis, Sherlock Holmes trying to solve the mystery of the 3-pin socket … Did you read the articles that circulated on the Internet since April 1 with characters famous literary living everyday situations?

Today, Amazon explained the reason behind the campaign. With the items, the company sought to draw attention to the power of reading to stimulate the imagination, transporting readers to unknown places and bring them closer to the characters that come to life through the book. With the message “It is time to bring them to your world”, the company also promotes the idea that stories can follow readers wherever they are. Through the Kindle app, available for free download in the Google Play store, Apple Store and Windows, you can read digital books on any device, including mobile phones and tablets, Android and iOS. To encourage readers to experience the application, Amazon is offering a credit of R $ 10.00 in eBooks for those who download the application the first time until April 30.

Action and make campaign part of Amazon’s effort to continue to inspire reading in Brazil.
