Amazon Kindle in white color launched in India for Rs 5999 – The Indian Express

According to Amazon, Kindle store offers an access to over three million books including bestsellers and Kindle Singles; Which out of more than a million are store exclusives.

Amazon has Introduced a white colored option for its Kindle e-reader in India, priced at Rs 5,999. The device comes with a glare-free touchscreen and adjustable text size.

The company says the device’s battery que will last for weeks and That It can store Thousands of books. It comes pre-installed with GoodReads and Whispersyn. Also, the X-Ray feature Allows users to look up the character information.

The Kindle eBook store offers access to over three million books, out of Which more than a million are store exclusives. Kindle has e-books starting at Rs 99 and a subscription service to over 1 million books starting at Rs 199.
