See how reading comics on the Kindle – Globo.com

The Kindle is a device capable of storing thousands of digital books at once, but you’re wrong that this is its only function. Although there is only official support for MOBI files of type, there is a simple way to get Internet content, convert and run on e-reader, such as CBR and CBZ files used by magazines in digital comics. Step 1 Get comics in CBR or CBZ format, and change its extension to RAR or ZIP, respectively. To do so, you may need to enable viewing of the full name of the file in Windows Explorer;

Step 2: Download and install Calibre software in TechTudo Downloads for Windows, Mac or Linux ,

Step 3 Drag the file (s) (s) originated or ZIP RAR (s) from CBR or CBZ into Calibre and wait for the import to finish;

Step 4 Click the right mouse button and choosing “Convert books” and then “Convert individually” option. If you selected more than one file, select “Convert to mass”;

Step 5 (Optional) In the edit metadata screen, enter or edit the title, author, publisher, series and other information you deem important;

Step 6 In the “Output Format”, select the format “MOBI” and click “Ok” to proceed

Step 7 When the procedure is complete, check the result by clicking the right button on the item and selecting “Show details of the book”;

Step 8 Check whether there is “MOBI “in line” Formats “;

Step 9 Now just move the file to your Kindle. Plug the device into the USB port of the computer. Then, still with open Calibre, click again right about the comic, now converted to e-book, and select “Send to Device” and “Send to main memory”.

Done. From that moment, his comic is ready to be read on Kindle, enjoying all the controls offered by the device, it is the most common model or Paperwhite, both marketed in Brazil.
